Donald Trump Will Not Have His Mugshot Taken

Although former President Donald Trump is facing criminal charges, it is quite possible no mug shot is taken at all during the legal process. If a mugshot is taken however, it could potentially remain private.

 

New York state laws generally discourage the release of such photographs, and due to the high-profile nature of the case, a mug shot might not be taken at all. So, there's a possibility that we won't see a mug shot of Trump in this situation.
